As a Retailer, AdBlue® offers a significant new customer opportunity

Reassuring drivers that AdBlue is available should they be considering to purchase an SCR vehicle, reminding drivers that they should top up with AdBlue; or, indeed, offering to top up for them. All these are great ways of creating a stronger customer base.

   

To satisfy legislation all diesel cars with SCR must always have AdBlue in the dedicated AdBlue tank – from first fill where they're made, to the refills throughout the car's life.

AdBlue is non-hazardous, and will not only be an opportunity to increase basket size, it will also be perceived by the consumer as good service. Done in the right way, this isn't mere selling, it's caring for your customer's needs.
